Roof Sarking
Roof sarking is a flexible laminated membrane for use under roofing for tiles for added protection to the roof’s structural components. It is a membrane that contains various materials, such as polystyrene, reflective foil or felt, depending upon the brand of it.
PerfectSark is a kind of radiant barrier, designed for multi-purpose use as both roof sarking and a wall wrap. It is suitable for use in all roof and wall types. The reflective foil side provides extra R-value when installed facing an air cavity, and the multi-layer structure provides superior strength, flexibility and durability. Classified as a water barrier and Class 2 vapour barrier, PerfectSark acts as a barrier to air, radiant heat, moisture ingress and dust penetration.
