Perfect waterproof breathable membrane (breathing paper) is a new type of polymer waterproof material. Perfect breathable membrane series (PECO, PMAX, PVEK, P-Taped, P-Reinforced, P-Radiant) have excellent performance on waterproof, vapor permeability and UV resistance, which are widely used in construction as roof underlayment and wall membrane. Install for Breathable Membrane
First, the curtain wall construction process:
1. Process flow of ceramic panel curtain wall
Measuring and laying out → installation of vertical keel members → beam installation, calibration, and fixation → interlayer fire blocking, thermal insulation rock wool, waterproof and breathable membrane installation → concealed engineering acceptance → panel installation → injection of sealant → cleaning, finishing → acceptance.
2. Process flow of glass curtain wall

3. Process flow of aluminum curtain wall
Pay-off → rectification of embedded parts, filling → connecting parts positioning and installation → steel vertical keel installation → horizontal keel positioning and installation → interlayer fire blocking, thermal insulation rock wool, waterproof and breathable membrane installation → aluminum plate installation → cleaning and acceptance.
4. Process flow of stone curtain wall
Measuring and laying out → installation of vertical keel members → beam installation, calibration, and fixation → interlayer fire blocking, thermal insulation rock wool, waterproof and breathable membrane installation → concealed engineering acceptance → panel installation → injection of sealant → cleaning, finishing → acceptance.
Second, the main points of waterproof breathable membrane construction:
1. Construction preparation
(1) The base wall should meet the requirements of"Concrete Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification"(GB 50204-2002) and"Masonry Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification"(GB 50203-2002) and the corresponding base wall quality acceptance specifications. Before the thermal insulation construction, the confirmation of the structural acceptance should be done in conjunction with the relevant departments.
(2) The railings on the outer wall, the rain pipe brackets, the lamp brackets on the outer facade, etc. have been installed, and the influence of the thickness of the thermal insulation system should be considered.
(3) Reinforcement heads and protrusions on concrete beams or walls have been removed.
(4) The deformation joints of the main structure should be handled in advance.
(5) The construction plan shall be formulated according to the project quantity, construction site and construction period requirements. The model shall be used first, and the fixed consumption shall be determined by the model, and the material consumption shall be determined by Party A, Party B and the material supplier through negotiation.
(6) After entering the site, the waterproof and breathable membrane material must have the factory certificate and inspection report. After entering the site, the re-test is required for installation and construction.
2. System waterproofing and treatment of special parts
(1) When encountering the opening of the window and door, the length and width of the board shall be determined according to the length and width of the rock wool board on site according to the wall part.
(2) Waterproof and moisture-proof: Each rock wool board is packaged in a small plastic bag. Before installation, check whether the plastic bag is damaged. The part of the rock wool board that is exposed at the corner of the rock wool board should be firmly pasted with aluminum foil strips of the same material as the surface layer. ; The silicone sealant must be tight at the stone joints.
(3) After the fireproof and non-combustible rock wool is laid, check the anchorage point, flatness of the rock wool board and the bonding quality between the connected plates.
