Processing technology of glass wool board
Glass wool board is a deep-processed product of glass wool. The raw material used is semi-finished glass wool board, which is made by polishing, spraying, stickers, processing and other processes. In order to ensure a certain decorative effect, there are basically two treatment methods on the surface: one is to paste plastic tissue paper; the other is to spray on its surface. The spraying is often made into a embossed shape, and its shape has patterns such as large flower pressing, middle flower flattening and small dot spraying. It has many colors to choose from, and white is the most commonly used.
Sound absorption performance The centrifugal glass wool has better sound absorption performance in the middle and high frequencies of sound. The main factors affecting the sound absorption performance of centrifugal glass wool are thickness, density and air flow resistance. Density is the weight per cubic meter of material. Air flow resistance is the ratio of air pressure to air velocity on both sides of the material per unit thickness. Air flow resistance is the most important factor affecting the sound absorption performance of centrifugal glass wool. If the flow resistance is too small, it means that the material is sparse, the air vibration is easy to pass through, and the sound absorption performance is reduced; if the flow resistance is too large, it means that the material is dense, the air vibration is difficult to pass in, and the sound absorption performance is also reduced. For centrifugal glass wool, the sound absorption performance has the best flow resistance.
